On the second floor is the stunning ‘Solarium’ bedroom with kingsize bed, and ensuite Italian marble bathroom with large walk-in ‘rain’ shower. The french windows lead out onto our amazing roof terrace, which gives a 360-degree view of the sea and the mountains including the famous ‘La Concha’. Here you will find a wonderful private place to relax on our quality patio funiture, including sofa and armchairs, sun beds, sun umbrella, etc. All three bedrooms have plenty of fitted wardrobe space.

The property has WiFi throughout, and individual remotely operated security shutters on all french windows. There are air-conditioning units in all rooms, with independent controls, which can blow hot or cold air.

The private rear garden is south facing, and so gets the sun all day, although there are awnings which extend at the touch of a button to give much welcome shade to those who require it. The terrace is perfect for al fresco dining with stylish outdoor furniture; there is a dining table with six chairs, a large gas barbecue, comfy sofa and two armchairs for relaxing, a large coffee table, as well as two luxury sunbeds.

The bright modern kitchen has a brand new ceramic hob and oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, brand new Siemens washing machine, tumble dryer, filter coffee machine and a Tassimo coffee maker. Leading off from the kitchen is a small enclosed terrace area, perfect for drying clothes.

There are two pools on the development, with the closest one being just a few steps away from our front door, which is for the exclusive use of the nine villas inside our gated section of Paraiso Hills. The other larger pool is a little further on, with both pools set in manicured gardens with sunbeds and thatched umbrellas, toilets and changing rooms. There is also a free Paddle Tennis Court close to Swimming Pool 2.
