The urbanisation runs down directly onto the beach and has the most spectacular gardens to walk around. This property is nicely situated within the ever popular Alcazaba Beach resort in Estepona. Alcazaba Beach resort is a beachfront complex with 24h security, several community pool, tennis and paddle courts, heated pool and a gym. It is located just on the edge of Estepona town, however, you can easily walk from here to restaurants, supermarket and along the promenade to town as well as the port (up to 40 minutes to go all this way). It is about 2km to the town centre. Walking east along the beach you will get to the five star Kempinski hotel which has a great terrace and restaurant facilities. Further on you will reach the Laguna Village complex with its fabulous exclusive beach clubs with pool and sun beds and great beach.
