This well built, modern villa is located just 4 kilometers outside the pretty town of Estepona. The house is only a few years old and provides you with everything you need for a comfortable family holiday.
As you enter the villa, you will immediately feel a calm come over you as the entrance hall is remarkably spacious and using only light woods has a very open and airy feel.
From the entrance hall to the right there is the first bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom. To the lft is the smaller bedroom with 2 single beds. There is also a guest toilet and a separate entrance to the lounge area. Through the double doors, there is the kitchen and breakfast area, which also leads into the living room.
The very modern kitchen, with its granite work surfaces, is very well appointed and is fully equipped with all the appliances you would expect to find in a holiday home of this standing … a dishwasher, microwave, large hob etc.
The comfortable living room, with its cool colours also benefits from Sky satellite television.
On the first floor, you will find the master suit with a double bed and en-suite bathroom (which has a very large shower enclosure, separate bath and twin sinks. Opposite is the fourth double bedroom. There is a family bathroom on this floor and doors which lead onto a good sized balcony.
Outside the villa, you will find the pretty garden, which is entirely private, and of course the good size swimming pool. The large covered terrace has an outside dining area, sun loungers and some comfortable seating.
Whilst this holiday villa does not have air conditioning, we understand that it is not really necessary as the upstairs balcony and the outside covered terraces keep the direct sun out. With the marble floors and cool décor, it all leads to the house maintaining a good temperature, even in the height of summer.
We would highly recommend this villa and believe it would be most suitable for a large family or two families staying together with children.
