Cosy 2 bedroom apartment in a Mediterranean style, fully gated complex, overlooking beautiful communal gardens and pool. Walking distance to the beach and Puerto Banus and supermarket.
This lovely south facing apartment is located on the first floor of a beautifully kept complex overlooking the lush communal gardens and pool. It has lift access and 24-hour security. Wifi is available by the pool area (there is a lifeguard in high season).
Accommodation comprises: spacious living-dining room opening onto the terrace; open-plan kitchen with utility room; master bedroom with en-suite bathroom; guest bedroom and guest bathroom.
You will have access to the communal facilities of the complex, which include the gardens, pool, gym and sauna.
The complex is situated between Marbella (4kms.) and Puerto Banus (2kms.) 350 metres from the beach. It's roughly a 40/45 minute drive from Malaga Airport.
Location wise, its ONLY 350 M TO THE BEACH (with its selection of bars and restaurants) and to Aldi supermarket.
A car is useful, but not essential. You can walk to Puerto Banus is about 20 mins along the beach or alternatively hop on a bus to Marbella (about 10 mins ride to the Old Town). The bus stop is about a 7 mins walk from the complex.
Out of season, you can park within the gated complex. In high season however, you may have to park on the streets located outside the complex.
There is no air conditioning, but no need in summer.
A 40 Euro deposit will need to be paid on site for the electronic device that opens the gate to the complex automatically. This will be returned to you on your departure in return for the device.
The gate is manned 24 hours a day, so you do not need the device, but it does make it easier if the guard has popped off to the toilet!
