From the large covered terrace you overlook the garden and the private pool that measures 9m x 4m. There are sun loungers, terrace furniture and enough space and grass for children to play.
The private garden and pool area is not overlooked by other houses and therefore you enjoy a maximum in privacy while swimming and sun bathing.
You even have some sea views from the terrace and the garden, which can only be topped by getting up to the large roof terrace, from where you have almost panoramic views towards the mediterranean sea.
For private and secure parking there is one space under at the carport accessible through the automatic door and a second open parking space with a manual gate.

The heart of Marbella with its lovely old center and the famous boulevard " Paseo Maritimo" is approx.15 minutes driving by car and towards the vibrant harbor of Puerto Banus,
with its numerous bars, restaurants and night life it is about 20 minutes driving. There is a OpenCor supermarket near by (walking 12 min, driving 3 min), which is open 24h.
For bigger shopping there are a few supermarkets within 10 minutes driving, or the huge shopping mall "La Cañada" (15 min by car), where you find a large hypermarket of Al Campo,
a huge amount different shops from clothing to shoes, decoration, jewelry, an apple flag ship store and many restaurants.
