Set in the foothills of the New Golden Mile between Estepona and Marbella lies this tranquil rural retreat. Located 8km from the N340 coast road lies this stunning estate. 470,000m2 of land surrounds the property and contains 11km of internal dirt track roads which can take up to 2 hours to navigate in a sturdy off-road vehicle! There is also a river with a waterfall running through the grounds of the estate which provides the property with all it's water requirements. Total privacy and security is assured.

Entering through the electric gates, you pass along a private 1km long driveway before the house appears in front of you. There is ample parking in front of the house and a separate guest apartment where the property managers live year round and can help with any queries you may have during your stay.

The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is very traditional in design as can be seen in the photos. There is also a fully fitted kitchen, TV room (with satellite TV) and separate open plan dining and sitting room. There is a large south facing terrace and pool with ample garden furniture provided for you to enjoy your stay.

Please note that due to its rural location there is no internet or mobile phone reception at the property. There really is no excuse for you to be bothered by any work emails!
