The townhouse is brand new and furnished to a very good standard. It is meant to accommodate up to six guest, 2 guests per room. Room number 2 has a bed that is used either as a single bed or when opened will be 2 single beds one slightly lower than the other. It also has the laptop friendly area.
The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom that is equipped with a walk-in shower (not a bath tub). It also has access to a small terrace that has a nice view of La Concha.
The second and third bedrooms share a bathroom that is equipped with a bath tub.
All bedrooms are in the upper floor.
In the lower floor there is the third bathroom, equipped with a walk-in shower.

A living room with a nice 48" Samsung smart TV connected to a fiver optic internet with a true speed of 40 Mbps (upload and download). The internet is also served via a Wifi router that covers the whole house and garden. A Blue-Ray DVD player is also available for the guest with a small selection of DVDs from our collection. If the guest have an Apple ID an Apple TV (3rd generation) can be provided for the guest to access their own library.
The dining area has a table that fits 6 guests comfortably and is extendable.
The kitchen is fully equipped with the necessary appliances like Fridge/freezer, Cooker, Stove, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Coffee machine (with capsules), Toaster, Kettle, Microwave…
The kitchen also has a small breakfast area.
The garden is made with very good quality artificial grass and will be having some out door furniture for the nice days (lots of them during the year in the Costa del Sol).
The garage will fit 2 cars.

Guest Access

The guests have the whole house and garden for themselves and the communal pool to use at their leisure.

The Neighborhood

Los Naranjos de Marbella is a large complex of 8 urbanisations, Manzana 1 to 8. Manzana 1 is (oddly) the latest one. There is a small shopping complex that consists mainly of a big supermarket (Mercadona) and a couple of cafes and restaurants. The house is exactly 1.9 kms to the beach of Puerto Banus.

House Rules

Only smoking outside the house allowed (Garden and balcony).
No excess noise that will upset the neighbours.
No glass items near the pool area.
The pool towels provided are not to be used outside the complex (i.e. not to take to the beach)
