The window for renting this apartment during 2015 is June – December. The minimum period rental period is 4 weeks, with the maximum being 6 months.
Laguna de Banus is the most luxurious beachside development in the Puerto Banus / Marbella area. The prime beachfront position mean's you are just a few minutes walk away from Puerto Banus, as well as numerous restaurants and beach clubs. The development is also next door to the 5* Guadalpin Banus Hotel.
The build qualities and materials within Laguna de Banus is of the highest quality. The complex itself has "Laguna Spa", with an indoor swimming pool along with a gymnasium, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. There are also two communal outdoor swimming pools in the immaculate gardens.
The apartment itself is situated on the first floor, with sea and garden views.
As you enter the apartment, the open plan Kitchen is on the right hand side. This is fully equipped with a separate utility room.
At this end of the apartment you will find the guest bedroom suite, with its own walk in wardrobe area and beautiful en suite bathroom.
The living and dining area is at the front of the apartment, with access to the terrace. The furniture is of the higest standard, as you would expect from an apartment in Laguna de Banus.
The master bedroom has access to the terrace, and again has a walk in wardrobe area and beautiful en suite bathroom.
The owner of the apartment has converted the third bedroom into his private study. This will allow you to work in a peaceful environment if required. There is a TV area in this study which if requested, could accomodate a sofa bed for occasional usage. This can also be made into a permanent bedroom if required, with double or twin beds.
Throughout the apartment, there are flatscreen TV's in every room, with the added bonus of a cinema in the lounge. The entire apartment is run from a Domotics system and ipads are provided.
Wifi has been installed and your choice of satellite TV can be provided upon request.
The price can be negotiated for longer bookings.
There is an extra charge of €500 per month for electricity.
The rental price includes 12hrs cleaning per week.
