The bathroom is about 5 years old since they renivated but it is in good condition and the wash mashine is only 1 year old.
The road is next door but there is hardly any noice from the road. It is not so bussy either.
This apartment is exelent for rentals and for families. Easy parking and access. The outdoor areas have two pools and childreenpool but to access them and the beach, you have to walk a few stairs down or take the elevator in the yellow building next door which is in the same urbanisation. There is a beachbar down by the beach. Nice and private.
